the staff were amazingly helpful. i even got a wonderful surprise for my birthday, a birthday cake with a candle! it was very delicious and i shared it with other guests. our quadruple room opened out onto a roof terrace with great views and beautiful plants.
the access to the hotel on the fourth floor was difficult. the room and bath were also very small. it was not the most convenient arrangement.

the hotel's location was a plus. it was steps from via corso and just a short walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful and pleasant. they helped me with my luggage.
access to the hotel was a bit tricky. breakfast was just ok and I had expected more.
